Logline: Unable to prevent a bomber from blowing up a hotel, a hostage negotiator finds himself stuck in a time loop, using the extra time to figure out who the determined bomber is and what he wants.

Script sold (no attachments) to Lionsgate after a three-way bidding war. Price was a “guaranteed” $500,000 (option plus rewrite fee and then minimum half-mil when the film gets made or $500k RIGHT NOW?) against $1.25 million, presumably for sole credit on a produced film.

Writer wrote Black List script TIME SHARE and some other things but this is his big break.
